🤝 How many users can I add?
Unlimited! Add your entire team — admins, staff, volunteers, that one person who always loses receipts. Everyone. No extra cost, ever.
🧾 Is there a limit on receipts?
Nope. Go wild. We just ask that you stay within a reasonable amount — but honestly, for most churches this is a non-issue. We've yet to meet a church that texts too many receipts.
📸 What counts as a receipt?
Anything! A photo texted to EZRA, a forwarded email receipt, or a file uploaded from the dashboard. EZRA's AI reads them all. It's honestly a little scary how good it is.
👋 Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no guilt trips, no "retention specialists" calling you. Just click cancel in your Billing page. We'll be sad, but we'll respect it.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe — the same payment processor used by Amazon and Shopify. Your card info never touches our servers.
